Membership
The practice offers three ways of working together. Each suits a different shape of travel.
The fees are set out below. Not because the work reduces to a price, it never does, but because publishing them saves us both a conversation that doesn't need to happen. Most of the questions on a first call should be about you, not about what working with me costs.
Hotel commission still exists. But the work comes first, and the work is what you're paying for.
Complimentary
For travellers who already know the property they want. The practice books your hotel through the network portal connected to my work, at no charge.
You receive every amenity the network offers: daily breakfast for two, priority room upgrade where available, a property credit (typically $100 to $300 or local equivalent), early check-in and late check-out where the hotel can offer them, and the welcome touches each property reserves for its programme guests.
No planning fee. No mark-up. The same room, booked properly.
From £750 per booking
For the trip you want designed end to end. Hotels, transfers, private guides, restaurants, the pace and rhythm of the days, shaped from a long conversation with you, refined through the practice's working relationships, written for the way you actually travel.
The fee reflects the depth of the work. A long-haul multi-country journey is materially different from a weekend in Mayfair, and the pricing follows. We agree the figure together before any design begins.
No surprises.

£3,500 per household per year
For households who travel often, and prefer one practice to know them properly. Membership covers up to three journeys per year, with ongoing concierge support between trips, and the kind of ambient memory that means we start each trip from where we left off, not from scratch.
It is the closest thing the practice offers to a retainer for travel. Most members find it pays for itself by the third trip, partly in fees, mostly in the time it gives back.
A few things worth knowing
Journeys planned within sixty days of departure carry an additional fee of £250. The short timeline doesn't reduce the work; it concentrates it.
Trips initiated after 1 July for Christmas, New Year or February half-term carry an additional fee. The properties worth booking at those times go early, and securing them late takes materially more work.
These are commission-based and usually fee-exempt. We'll tell you in the first conversation whether your trip qualifies.
Where the practice books your flights, a ticketing fee of £50 per traveller applies. This covers schedule changes, re-routings, and day-of-departure support. Private aviation bookings carry no additional fee.

Who the practice is for
The practice works with a small number of households at a time. We are usually a good fit for journeys above £30,000 per household, sometimes considerably more. We are rarely the right choice below that line, and we'll say so honestly in the first conversation.
