Founder
I grew up between continents. London first, then Bolivia, Miami, Bogotá. My father worked in aviation, which meant that travel was never a thing we did so much as a thing we lived inside. Aeroplanes were ordinary. Languages were context. The idea that the world had edges other people didn't cross took years to land on me, and when it did, I'd already decided to spend my working life inside it.
The route from that childhood to this practice was less direct than it looks. I read Global Business Management and Marketing at Regent's University London, and worked through a series of roles in private travel before joining one of the world's leading travel houses, where I led a portfolio of private-client households for three years. I left that role in May 2026 to build Naylor & Co. on different lines.
The numbers, since people ask. Agent of the Year at the TTG Touring and Adventure Awards, 2021. The largest single booking my previous firm had taken, at $2.2 million. Before that, a £270,000 sale, and £100,000 in a single quarter. British and American citizenship, which matters more often than you would expect.
The properties I recommend are properties I've stayed in, walked through, or know intimately through the people who run them. The recommendations that matter are the ones I make slowly.
I founded the practice to do this work the way I always wanted it done. Slowly. In conversation. By introduction. With a small number of households at a time, and the kind of long-term relationship that means the second trip starts from where the first one ended. Travel handled properly is rare. The practice exists to keep it rare.

The network
Naylor & Co. operates within Virtuoso through Colletts Travel, one of London's longest-standing private travel houses, and a member agency of the Global Travel Collection. Virtuoso is the invitation-only network of the world's most considered hotels, cruises, tour operators and private guides.
Who the practice is for
The practice works with a small number of households at a time. We are usually a good fit for journeys above £30,000 per household, sometimes considerably more. We are rarely the right choice below that line, and we'll say so honestly in the first conversation.
Testimonials
Testimonials will appear here as the first households served by the practice complete their journeys. By design, the practice opens slowly. The work has to land before it can be quoted, and the clients we work with prize discretion above attribution. When testimonials are added, they appear with initials and trip type only.
